No The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform (DPER) intends preparing a National Interoperability Framework in line with the Action 41 of the national eGovernment Strategy, eGovernment 2012-2015 and the Digital Agenda for Europe. It should be noted that there are significant examples of interoperable services in place as part of Ireland’s overarching approach to Public Service Reform
