Have you developed any personalised services? Yes Every service implemented on the new platform allows the user to: - log in; - search services with respect to requirements and life events; - start completing an application form, save and continue later; - receive a tracking number upon submission; - have a personalised manager for all submissions indicating when action is required, form is being processed or a final reply has been received - indicate progress on a timeline and also give the user the ability to communicate with the processor at the current stage of completion. All this is now being completely integrated in the new Government portal which will blend services within the context of information co-generated by public servants and active online communities. This will mark a step-improvement also in user experience.
Are those personalised services available via multiple channels? Yes Services are also available through Department front offices and Local Councils. Furthermore, through, e-public service clients can opt to receive service notifications by email and/or sms.
