Member States will inform the Commission and the High-Level Expert Group how the political priorities of the Malmö Ministerial Declaration have been or will be reflected in their national eGovernment strategies.

Is the National eGovernment strategy in place? Yes Malta has a National Strategy 2014-2020 for ICT, branded Digital Malta. This strategy, launched in March 2014, provides policy direction for 3 main strategic themes, namely: Citizen; Business; Government. The strategy provides a number of actions related to citizen and business centric Government, efficient Government, open Government and essential Government Services.
