Member States will inform the Commission and the High-Level Expert Group how the political priorities of the Malmö Ministerial Declaration have been or will be reflected in their national eGovernment strategies.

Is the National eGovernment strategy in place? Yes We have different policies that together the national egovernment framework. May 2013 a vision paper was published about the ambitions to enable businesses and citizens to do business with government digitally. A joint road map is planned for 2014. The existing egovernment programme iNUP (2011-2015) is aimed at the development and implementation of a common information infrastructure, comprising base registers, authentication, front office building blocks (platform for personalised services). September 2013 the open government vision and action plan have been published, describing actions around three strands: transparency, empowerment, and access. In addition, there is ICT strategy for the central government are (e.g reduction of data centers, cloud strategy for the central government) And the Ministry of Economic Affairs has published the Digital Agenda.nl in 2011 with focus on business
