The Commission will organise with Member States the sharing of experiences on the implementation of the 'once-only' registration principle and, on electronic procedures and communications having become a dominant channel for delivering eGovernment services, conduct a cost-benefit analysis and design a roadmap for further implementation.

Have you shared your experience on the implementation of the 'once-only' registration principle? Yes "The only-once principle is the core principle of the Belgian strategy of informatization. Belgium has developed ""authentic sources"" for more than 30 years now. The most important are the National registry of physical persons, the Crossroads Bank for social security, and the Crossroads bank for enterprises. They have been numerous exchange of information on this (presentations, conferences, visits of foreign delegations) In wallonia : the Banque carrefour d'Echanges de données (Crossroad Bank for data exchange) has been set up. Some new authentic sources are being built. "
