Action 22 in Poland flag Poland

Member States will agree on a number of key cross-border public services to be rolled out between 2012 and 2015 and will identify appropriate life events/stages.

Yes The 5 cross-border services were identified in Poznan and later agreed by the eGov Expert Group as "Focus-areas for identifying cross-border digital public services and key enablers for cross-border services with a pan-European added value" Polish priorities are in line with the priorities set out in the sixth European Ministerial Conference and Exhibition on e-Government (Poznań, 17 - November 18, 2011 Cross-border eGovernment services for Europeans). Ministers responsible for eGovernment issues agreed on potential areas of five e-services to be available online by 2015.

Yes first services as a part of the SPOCS, Ministry of Finance - Custom Services • NCTS (computerized system that supports the Community transit procedure in the European Union); • EMCS (System and Surveillance Movement of Excise Goods); • ECS2 (Export Control System); • ICS (Import Control System) participation in EUCARIS
