Member States will inform the Commission and the High-Level Expert Group how the political priorities of the Malmö Ministerial Declaration have been or will be reflected in their national eGovernment strategies.

Is the National eGovernment strategy in place? Yes Governance Programme 2009-2012 makes specific reference on eGovernment in Chapter 14, which is dedicated to Information Society. Government Programme 2009-2013 ‘eRomania’ National Programme for Supercomputing In November 2008, the Agency for Information Society Services (ASSI) publishes its strategy for eGovernment in Romania. The document defines the mission of the Agency: to increase the citizen’s comfort by improving the public institutions’ performances. It also summarises the principles of the Agency to three generic ones (added value orientation, protection of competition mechanisms and orientation on positive effects) and three specific ones (centralised access, re-use of data and unique provider). Moreover, starting with April 2015 the Romanian Digital Agenda, including a set-up for e-GOV services, was adopted by a Governmental Decision, Hotărârea de Guvern nr. 245/7 aprilie 2015
