What is the highest number of participants you have had in an online consultation/debate in your policy area? Yes There are different possibilities: 1. e-Democracy portal: The IT-supported decision-making procedure was established not only to facilitate integrated operations for drafting legislation for all ministries and government bodies, link: 2. STOP the bureaucracy: Portal provides access to the national database of the measured administrative burdens which are imposed on citizens and entrepreneurs by regulations. Link: 3. web tool: The My.suggestion web tool (, launched in November 2009 by the Government Communication Office, opened up a new channel for direct communication between the government and Slovenian residents as well as among citizens themselves. The primary purpose of the project is to encourage citizens to express their opinions, suggestions and proposals for the regulation of certain substantive issues. In this way, greater participation in formulating government policies is achieved and dialogue between civil society and the government is enhanced. The consulations run on different actual laws. Portal is publishing the information on most visited, most commented and proposals that get most votes. According to this the highest number goes to the debate on Construction Act, that took place in 2011. Highest score of comments goes to the debate on Animal police in 2010.
