Member States will ensure that a ‘second generation’ of points of single contact will function as fully fledged eGovernment centres beyond the requirements and areas covered by the Services Directive.

Does the Point of Single Contact cover all the services foreseen in the Service Directive? No
Can all the administrative processes be done through the Point of Single Contact? No 14 pst of relevant forms available through the Norwegian PSC "Altinn". In total appx 24 pst of relevant forms are available electronically. 28 out of 66 administrative procedures mentioned in the service directive do not even have a form, and are rarely used in Norwegian business procedures.
Does the PSC facilitate cross-border provision of services? Yes The PSC is available for cross-border service, but does not actively facilitate the process.
