Do you have a National Interoperability Framework? Yes In 2006 the Bulgarian National Interoperability Framework for the Information Systems within the Executive Power (NIF) was adopted by the Bulgarian Council of Ministers. We have updated the framework in 2016, but is still under adoption procedure by the Council of Ministers.
Have you aligned your national interoperability frameworks with the European Interoperability Framework? Yes A new national interoperability framework is prepared according to EIF v2.0 - 2010. The Bulgarian interoperability framework determines the state policy concerning the interoperability of the information systems of the state administrations and is harmonized with the European Interoperability Framework.
Does your National Interoperability Framework take into account the European dimension of public service delivery?
