The Commission will organise with Member States the sharing of experiences on the implementation of the 'once-only' registration principle and, on electronic procedures and communications having become a dominant channel for delivering eGovernment services, conduct a cost-benefit analysis and design a roadmap for further implementation.

No The principles of our eGovernment Strategy define the general priorities of eGovernment projects and guide initial design. They incorporate common trends in eGovernment, delimit possible constraints, and reflect the expected benefits from eGovernment in the coming few years while providing and setting focus and control over design and implementation. One of the main principles of our Strategy is the Once-Only Principle.
