The Commission will organise with Member States the sharing of experiences on the implementation of the 'once-only' registration principle and, on electronic procedures and communications having become a dominant channel for delivering eGovernment services, conduct a cost-benefit analysis and design a roadmap for further implementation.

Have you shared your experience on the implementation of the 'once-only' registration principle? Yes The Danish eGovernment Strategy for the period 2011-2015 supporting also the goals of the EU eGovernment Action Plan implementing the Malmö Declaration is broadly viewed as an implementation of the "once-only" principle. A number of bilateral discussions have been taking place over the recent years with a number visiting delegations from countries within and outside the EU.
