Can you share any lessons learned from the implementation of the eGovernment Action Plan? Yes A number of bilateral discussions have been taking place over the recent years with a number visiting delegations from countries within and outside the EU. Information on key common public sector digitisation policies and projects supporting the implementation of the principle are fully available on the website of the Danish Agency for Digitisation, cf. http://www.digst.dk/Servicemenu/English A new English language news letter was launched in June 2013 to inform English-speakers on Danish experiences and ongoing advances of Danish eGovernment implementation in the public sector. Yes The impact of the Malmö Declaration and the EU eGovernment Action Plan have been: - an increase awareness of cross-border capabilities of existing and planned public services. - a sharpened focus on the cost-efficiency (a sound business case) when planning for and developing public services with cross-border capabilities.
