Action 22 in Estonia flag Estonia

Member States will agree on a number of key cross-border public services to be rolled out between 2012 and 2015 and will identify appropriate life events/stages.

Have you implemented or do you have concrete plans to implement cross-border services? Yes See, for example, the Company Registration Portal, which allows Portuguese, Finnish, Belgian and Lithuanian citizens - based on their eID - to register their companies in Estonia and vice-versa over the Internet. Finland and Estonia are together using and developing data exchange platform X-road which enables cross-border services.
